Derrin is an acclaimed "roots" singer/songwriter from Australia and was a star of the 2007's Big Wheel Blues Festival in Laxey. He returns to the Island for an intimate solo gig. In the world of manufactured artists, Derrin is one of those artists that keep your faith in music alive. An earthy soulful voice, blistering guitar skills and a bagful of inspired material which makes him a truly great package. He is a lively and entertaining performer and although blues-based, his style is quite different from old-style blues - he's a really class act.
