The hotel is a "free house" and has two bars. The residents' lounge bar, also open to the public, is in the true tradition of the public house where guests can enjoy the magnificent views across the bay and relax in front of an open fire.

The Gladstone restaurant offers an extensive a la carte menu with lighter snacks being served in the lounge bar meals and snacks available at lunch time. At a weekend guests can enjoy the ever-popular Sunday Lunch Carvery, served in the elegant, Victorian-style dining room.

The Villa Marina Arcade is between the Gaiety Theatre and the Villa Colonnade and formerly housed Peter Norris Music and the Arts Council offices. The upper space of the Villa Marina Arcade houses a fully operational Wurlitzer Organ. A perfect space for acoustic/acoustically-oriented music.
